FACES of Virginia, a group of professional counselors, works with clients throughout the country and wanted a website that would let existing clients pay for services, access insurance information, and contact their counselor.

We created a website on the Squarespace platform to minimize their ongoing costs since they won't have to maintain a system like Wordpress and because there are a number of online apps that Squarespace offers free subscriptions for. The platform's simplicity also makes it easy for FACES staff to update their website content.

FACES integrates with Theranest Practice Management System for Psychologists, a HIPAA compliant app used to manage appointments, invoicing, patient communications and goals, and accepts electronic signatures.
